AI Chatbot Developer Needed for Custom Chatbot Project

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Chatbot Developer to create a sophisticated chatbot for our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, natural language processing (NLP), and chatbot development. The chatbot should be capable of understanding user queries, providing accurate responses, and performing specific tasks based on user inputs.

Project Requirements:

1. Chatbot Type:
   • Custom AI chatbot for customer service/support.
   • Integrate with our existing systems (CRM, ticketing system, etc.).
2. Key Features:
   • Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Natural Language Generation (NLG).
   • Context-aware conversations.
   • Multi-turn dialogues.
   • Integration with various communication channels (website chat, social media, messaging apps).
   • Ability to handle FAQs and perform specific tasks (e.g., booking appointments, checking order status).
   • Multi-language support is a plus.
3. Technical Requirements:
   • Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy, etc.).
   • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
   • Familiarity with chatbot development platforms (Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa, etc.).
