Seeking Experienced AI Chatbot Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Chatbot Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize a cutting-edge chatbot solution for our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, natural language processing (NLP), and experience in deploying chatbots across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Chatbot Development:
   • Design and develop an AI-powered chatbot that can handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with common issues.
   • Implement NLP to enable the chatbot to understand and respond to user inputs accurately.
2. Integration:
   • Integrate the chatbot with our existing systems (CRM, website, social media platforms, etc.).
   • Ensure seamless data flow between the chatbot and other tools.
3. Customization:
   • Customize the chatbot’s responses to align with our brand’s voice and tone.
   • Develop scripts and dialogues that cater to different customer scenarios.
4. Testing and Optimization:
   • Conduct thorough testing to ensure the chatbot functions correctly across all platforms.
   • Continuously monitor chatbot performance and make improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
5. Training and Support:
   • Provide training to our team on how to use and manage the chatbot.
   • Offer ongoing support and maintenance as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI chatbots.
• Strong understanding of NLP and machine learning algorithms.
• Familiarity with chatbot development frameworks and tools (e.g., Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa).
• Experience integrating chatbots with various platforms and systems.
